A native of Pinehurst, NC, Keith Mangum received a Bachelors of Science – Business degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. He was in sales and sales management in the international containerized shipping industry for over 20 years. He then became involved with the solar power industry, and it was from this experience that he found CSSI, while searching for info on green energy tax credits.

Since 2012, he has represented CSSI, the largest cost segregation firm in the US. He received the prestigious CSSI ‘Break Out Award’, and has personally handled studies nationwide. He is involved with the Georgia Society of CPAs, and enjoys conducting CPA/CPE training sessions. He is active in various commercial real estate networking groups and industry associations.
